Mark has 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry working across a range of multinational companies in areas such as generic (hospital, retail and biosimilars) and branded off patent medicines (Hospira and Pfizer Established Products); Branded Pharmaceuticals (Pfizer); OTCs (Warner Lambert and Wellcome) and Medical Devices (Smith and Nephew). Marks has held leadership roles in Australia, NZ and Europe (based out of Switzerland as Regional VP). His recent career has focused on innovative business models (Pfizer Direct in Australia) and turn around growth opportunities (Hospira). Mark joined Juno Pharma in September, 2016
Mr Bastas has 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical, retailing and logistics industries.
In 2003 Mr Bastas was the founder and CEO of Ascent Pharmaceuticals Limited, an Australian and Asian generic pharmaceutical company which was ASX listed in 2004 and acquired by Actavis PLC in 2012.
Most recently Mr Bastas was the principle shareholder and Chairman of the Central Healthcare group of companies which included CHS, a pharmaceutical wholesaling business, and Pharmasave, a pharmacy retailing group. Central Healthcare was acquired by Sigma Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2014.

As Director of Regulatory Affairs, Scott has over 25 years pharmaceutical industry experience, including 18 years in regulatory affairs in the Asia Pacific region as well as the European, Middle East and African (EMEA) region leading teams of up to 50 staff across multiple countries. Major product focus in generic injectable (hospital) products with experience in solid dose oral (retail) products also. Previous employers include Glaxo, Faulding, Mayne Pharma, Hospira and Agila. A strategic leader who has a creative and yet fact based approach to problem solving. A commercially savvy and a focused negotiator who delivers commercial solutions in a highly compliant and demanding environment.
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Information Officer
Paul has over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry having worked with a leading Generics company, a major Wholesaler and many Originator companies. Paul brings specialty Pharmaceutical Finance, B.I., Warehousing and Logistics knowledge to Juno.
He has lead a number of major strategic and operation engagements in the Pharmaceutical industry. This included being a key member of the team leading the operational integration of a major Australian Wholesaler and Generic supplier, developing financial models to support merger and acquisition decisions, development of company policy towards the CSO and improving operational efficiency of distribution models.
